Job Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in Indonesia. You'll generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals. Working closely with our corporate Telco partner, you will identify new business opportunities, educate potential clients on Tictag's solutions, and build partnerships that align with our strategic objectives in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop key accounts that support business goals in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with corporate Telco partners to uncover B2B and B2G opportunities.
- Engage potential clients and partners through online and in-person meetings.
- Understand client needs and translate them into compelling quotes and proposals.
- Plan, manage, and execute new sales initiatives tailored for the Indonesian market.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Educate prospects on company's capabilities and value propositions.
- Explore innovative ways to expand company's product offerings and reach within the Indonesian market.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in developing proposals and client reports.
- Strong understanding or great interest in artificial intelligence (AI).
- Prior experience in business-to-government (B2G) sales is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly dependable, with a fun and positive attitude.
