Job Description: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager for Skincare Products will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. This role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team.
- Set performance targets for the sales team and monitor their performance.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and professional development.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential new markets.- Develop and execute plans to enter new markets and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of skincare products and their benefits.
Conduct product training sessions for the sales team and customers.- Stay informed about new product launches and updates in the skincare industry.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the skincare or beauty industry.- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
Knowledge of skincare products and industry regulations.- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Working Conditions:- This position may require travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit retail locations.
Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate client schedules and sales activities.
