We are seeking a Sales Manager with a passion for fitness and a talent for driving business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve membership goals and promote our brand values. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey and ensuring that every member feels welcome and motivated to achieve their personal fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. This includes promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Lead Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and acquisition. Utilize online and offline resources to gather potential customer leads and convert them into members.
- Team Leadership and Training: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Membership Sales: Drive the sales of new memberships by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored offerings. Oversee the sales process from initial contact through to final sale, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance against targets. Use data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to create a seamless customer experience that aligns with our brand's mission and values.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members, enhancing the club's community feel and encouraging long-term loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds.
