As the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and executing the sales and marketing strategies for sheet-fed products in Indonesia. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales process from initial contact to final installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving business goals.

Functions
- Lead the sales and marketing efforts for products in Indonesia.
- Drive market development and customer engagement.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to post-installation customer satisfaction.
- Participate in networking events, exhibition, etc.
- Collaborate with regional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience, ideally in the Printing and Packaging industry.
- Proven expertise in sales and market development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English and local languages
Skills
- Technical knowledge in machinery (printing in particular) is a plus
