to oversee our sales operations and drive revenue growth.
Fluent in English and Indonesian.- Extensive sales management experience.
Strong background in leading and developing a sales team.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies and processes.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Oversee sales operations and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Lead and support the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Align sales initiatives with marketing efforts to optimize results.
Manage the sales budget effectively.- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.
