ACCOUNT MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Marketing Management, or any of its equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Word and MS Excel
- Experience as Account Manager or Account Executive in Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Industry is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well groomed and pleasing personality
- Willing to be assigned at Quezon City
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serves as the lead point of contact for all Client account management matters
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiates contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the client needs and objectives
- Develops new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, Customs Administration, or any of its equivalent;
- Strong communication skills;
- Efficient organizational skills to effectively process all paper works and documentations;
- Confident enough to take the initiative and approach potential customers and clients;
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Word and MS Excel;
- Work related experience, especially in Shipping, Logistics and Trucking industry is an advantage but not required;
- Willing to be assigned at N.S. Amoranto, Quezon City.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinates and reports to the Account Managers regarding shipment and client status;
- Daily telemarketing activities to clients and potential clients;
- Review and preparation of loading and shipment status and reports,
- Coordinates with Agents and Consignees regarding shipment and delivery status;
- Monitoring of all incoming sales & marketing documents from Agents and Consignees;
- Coordinates with the Operations Department regarding shipment and delivery status of each client;
- Other sales and marketing tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
