Sales Marketing Executive

Company overview

we are assisting our client Japanese company in trading industry (decorative building materials) located in Jakarta

they are hiring for position: &

Handle New Construction, Renovation and Maintenance Market

Establish and Develop New Clientele and Market with Main Contractor, Sub Contractor and Management Agent

To penetrate market in Indonesia and establish good relationship with Developers and Architect firm (preferably)

Maintain existing client and to generate new potential client due to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company objective

To specify Project using Company product and ensuring final implementation

Engage Product Presentation, Seminars & Events and assist unconditionally in the execution of Marketing Plans

Provide Forecast & Report of Marketing activity weekly / yearly as well as updating Project List

Communicate with related department for necessary follow up for related Project due to ensure delivery, service and quality to meet client schedules and satisfactory

Experience as Marketing / Sales for building material / construction / architect are more preferable

Good and charming appearance and good communication

Min Diploma / University graduate from any major

Good command in English both verbal and written is a must

Good communication skills and mature flexible highly motivated and hard working

Has pleasant personality and able to work with team

Basic salary

Tax by company

health insurance, and medical reimbursement

Bonus (depend on company performance) ( after permanent employee )

Transport allowance ( Grab reimburse )

allowance daily for employee's car, and also reimbursement tol & parking
