Sales Marketing Executive (Property - New Projects Launch) - 2 open positions for new property launch.
To conduct property market study or analysis to prepare in sales presentation.
- To capture potential buyers through co calling or to generate leads from various social media or website platforms.
To attend all Sales Appointments / Sales Events with proper sales presentation (including weekend or public holiday).- To achieve weekly sales appointments and monthly sales targets.
To assist buyers in loan submission and follow up buyers loan status with bankers.
- To report weekly sales activities and sales status to your Superior or Management.
Attractive Remuneration package with basic salary from
RM 2,500 to
RM 3,500 (based on Qualification & Sales / Working experience).
Quarterly / Half yearly Sales Incentive
if sales targets are met.- Working Days - Mon to Fri (9am 530pm) | Sat (10am 5pm, work from home).
Transport Allowance subsidise.
Candidate possesses a positive work attitude, initiative, and aggressiveness in achieving sales goals.
- Candidate with Good Health & less Absenteeism / MC.
Candidate with Degree / Diploma / STPM / SPM (Preferable in Sales & Marketing / Digital Marketing Qualification).- Candidate with Sales & Marketing experience & Digital Marketing knowledge is preferable.
Candidate must attend all

Outstation including
Weekend /
Public Holiday (if any).
- Fresh Graduate with passion in Sales & Marketing are encouraged to apply.
Candidate able to speak and write English, Mandarin, & Malay languages is preferable.- Candidate must possess own transport with Driving license Class D.
