PT. Asuransi Kredit Indonesia, also known as PT. Askrindo, is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in insurance/guarantees, playing a vital role in the economic development of the Republic of Indonesia. Since the government established the First Five Year Development Plan (REPELITA I) in 1969, one of the main targets was to distribute the results of development in terms of business opportunities, income, and job creation evenly.

Founded on April 6, 1971, based on Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1/1971 dated January 11, 1971, with a mission to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to support Indonesia's economic growth. PT. Askrindo's role in empowering MSMEs is as a credit guarantor for loans provided by banks to MSMEs. On March 31, 2020, by the Minister of SOEs decision, PT Askrindo joined the State-Owned Insurance and Guarantee Holding, Indonesia Financial Group (IFG).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Marketing Manager at PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia located in Pamekasan. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, developing sales plans, meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and analyzing market trends and competition on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development, Sales Planning, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Market Analysis and Competitor Analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
