The KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of the Sales Marketing Specialist Position are:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to promote our legal tech services.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Sales Marketing in the legal or tech industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
