Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written .
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
