Job Description

Responsibilities

The Sales Merchandiser Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the visibility, availability, and sales growth of Tentang Anak's products in moder retail and other sales channels. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the skincare and nutrition sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales merchandising strategies across key retail accounts (GT and MT), ensuring alignment with Tentang Anak's brand objectives and sales targets.
  • Product Visibility & Placement: Ensure products are strategically placed in-store to maximize visibility and drive sales. Collaborate with retail partners to ensure optimal shelf space and merchandising displays.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Prepare regular sales and merchandising performance reports, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors to ensure product availability and maximize sales potential.
  • Promotional Activities: Coordinate in-store promotions, sampling, and events to drive consumer engagement and increase product sales.
  • Inventory Management: Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure adequate product stock levels across various retail outlets.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate with the brand marketing team to ensure that merchandising initiatives are aligned with brand campaigns and product launches

Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales merchandising, preferably in the consumer goods, skincare, or nutrition industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of retail sales, merchandising techniques, and consumer trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure. A passion for consumer goods, skincare, and nutrition is a plus.
