Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers in modern trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail chains).
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotional activities in key outlets.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with modern trade partners.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, tracking performance regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance, competitor activity, and stock levels.- Provide regular feedback and reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, logistics, marketing) to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the modern trade sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Knowledge of market dynamics and consumer behavior in modern trade.
- Flexible, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
