Sales Operations Manager Overview:
As a Sales Operations Manager, youll play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes, driving revenue growth, and ensuring efficient operations within the sales team. Your focus will be on streamlining processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- 1 - Sales Process Optimization:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales processes.
- Ensure consistency in lead generation, qualification, and deal closure.
Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.

Target Setting and KPI Management:
Collaborate with upper management to set ambitious yet achievable sales targets.- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
Regularly assess progress toward targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- 3- Data Analysis and Forecasting:
Analyze historical sales data to create accurate sales forecasts.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- 4- Sales Team Leadership and Training
:
Recruit, onboard, and train sales representatives.- Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.
- 5- CRM and Automation Management:
Implement and manage the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and effective use of CRM tools.
Leverage automation to streamline repetitive tasks.
- 6- Collaboration with Other Departments
:
Work closely with Marketing to align sales and marketing efforts.- Share insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations to optimize resource allocation.
- 7- Sales Reporting and Dashboards:
Create and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards.
- Present performance metrics to upper management.
Use visualizations to communicate complex data effectively.
- 8- Process Documentation and Training Materials
:
Document sales processes, guidelines, and best practices.- Develop training materials for new hires and ongoing training sessions.
Ensure consistency in sales methodologies across the team.
- 9- Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Drive innovation within the sales function.
- 10- Risk Management and Compliance
:
Monitor compliance with sales policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.- Mitigate risks related to sales operations.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams as needed.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Starting salary: 13,000,000 IDR per month
(negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
