Job Description

Sales Operations Performance Specialist will be responsible to analyze the company's operations, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations to increase profitability, productivity, and competitiveness

Roles:

  • Analyzing business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conducting research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes and monitor results Responsibilities.
  • Building Business Performance Tools such as dashboards, automated reports, calculators and data feeds to optimize and improve processes related to our products and operations.
  • Monitor business units OPEX costs and CAPEX Cost VS Overall PnL Conducting financial analysis to identify cost savings opportunities and revenue growth potential.
  • Conduct periodic non financial-evaluation of performance and quality of business units.
  • Prepare periodic analysis based on financial and non-financial evaluation to business units performance and improvement suggestion.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 Years Experience in Business Performance Analysis, Sales Operations Performance Specialist financial analysis, or business operations management.
  • Prior experience in strategic planning, consulting, or related fields will be a plus
  • Experience in working in the Consumer Goods Tech Industry will be a plus.

Skill Needed:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel or Tableau, and knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
  • Knowledge of business processes and best practices in areas such as supply chain management, sales and marketing, and finance.
