Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end daily operations process for marketplace platforms such as Desty Store, Tokped, and Shopee.
Monitor daily inventory and forecast inventory requirements.
Maintain relationships with external parties, plan for future strategies, and inform of any updated regulations.
Analyze and report on sales metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department and new product sales.
Manage and execute promotional campaigns/events.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues or comments in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling E-commerce.
Knowledge of the retail and E-commerce industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Highly motivated and target-driven individual.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good English communication skills.
A proactive person who is always eager to go the extra mile.
Actively as sport enthusiast is preferrable (Running/Cycling/Swimming)
