Job Title: Marketing cum Sales Executive

• Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Marketing or Sale Staff to join our team at our inhouse Employment Agency. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a range of responsibilities, including social media management, customer communication, and occasional outstation work. This role offers a high salary with the opportunity for commission and career development.

• Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Must be available to pick up phone calls at all times, including weekends. Mandarin or Cantonese speaking ability plus English & Malay is required as most of our customers are Chinese.

• Social Media Management: Create and manage various types of social media posts to engage our audience and promote our services.

Sales and Customer Interaction: Demonstrate excellent talking experience with a focus on sales. Prior sales experience is highly desirable.

Travel: Possess own transport and be willing to travel occasionally for outstation work. We will cover all cost.Career Development: Opportunity to develop and advance your career within the company.

• Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese and English & Malay additional advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in social media marketing

• Sales experience is a plus

Own transport and willingness to travel is added advantage

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
