Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and partnership revenue to achieve the monthly target.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Generate targeted qualified leads per month.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Maintain client retention rate by fostering strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing client concerns.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales, business development, or partnership roles, preferably within local brands, FMCG, family/mom-kids industry, or family products and services.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp7,000,
