Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and partnership revenue to achieve the monthly target.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Generate targeted qualified leads per month.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Maintain client retention rate by fostering strong relationships with existing clients and partners.- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing client concerns.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years in sales, business development, or partnership roles, preferably within local brands, FMCG, family/mom-kids industry, or family products and services.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
