What You Will Do:
- Identify and approach potential clients in various industries who need packaging solutions for their products.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings to present the company's products and services to new prospects.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and conducting regular communication.
- Develop strategies to retain long-term customers by offering innovative and customized packaging solutions.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in accordance with company objectives.
- Prepare price quotation proposals and product specifications according to client needs.
- Negotiate with clients to reach agreements.
- Work closely with production, product development, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality that meets customer demand.
- Conduct market research to understand the latest trends in the packaging industry and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports that include target achievement, prospect pipeline, and customer relationship developments.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Relevant experience can replace formal education.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, especially in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Experience working with clients from various industries (FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, electronics, etc.) who require packaging solutions.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to reach agreements with clients.
- Understand the technical specifications of packaging products, including materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for pipeline management and sales reporting.
