Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary: As a Sales Qualifier/Prospector, your primary role is to identify, qualify, and generate leads to drive sales opportunities. You will be responsible for researching potential clients, understanding their needs, and determining if they are suitable prospects for the company's services. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to meet the company's revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential leads through various channels (online research, cold calls, networking, etc.).
  • Use tools such as CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other databases to source and categorize potential clients.

Prospecting And Qualification:

  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
  • Ask qualifying questions to assess prospect needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timing.
  • Schedule initial meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.

Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and key players in the industry.
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine lead targeting.

CRM Management:

  • Accurately input and maintain data related to prospects and leads in the company's CRM.
  • Track and manage follow-up activities and progress toward goals.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create a streamlined handover process for qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and areas of improvement.

Requirements

Experience And Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in a sales, prospecting, or lead generation role (1-2 years).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with a focus on cold calling and email outreach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Comfortable with rejection and able to handle difficult conversations.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess leads and optimize prospecting strategies.
  • A proactive attitude with a curiosity to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Have a good communication skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales or working in a similar industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the industry or sector the company operates in.
  • Experience using marketing tools (e.g., email automation, lead scoring) is a bonus
