Job Description
- 1st-level investigation and initial VW customer interface for quality related problems.
- Manage 0km & field claim handling, Bosch Database registration and forward to investigation point.
- Coordination and support customer requests.
- Perform active launch management support.
- Daily Monitoring and analyzing of VW 0km plant complaints.
- Daily/Weekly communication with VW/Bosch contacts ensuring needs are met.
- Perform and support containment (sorting) activities for customer 0-mileage and self-containment.
- Support quality monitoring.
- Maintain active Bosch part and plant contact lists, ensuring most up to date information.
- Prepare and develop specific reporting (weekly/monthly) summary reporting (e.g. 0-mileage, field, launch report, targets).
- Coordinate or perform sorting activities at customer location
- Working Area: VW Puebla and surrounding Tier 1
Qualifications
- Conflict and stress management
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Self driven, autonomous and customer oriented.
- Strong organizational, negotiation and network skills.
- Basic-Intermediate English knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or comparable experience
- 2+ years of experience.
