Job Description

We create new opportunities for millions of service professionals in SEA and make life easier for millions of people. We are currently open for 3 Sales Representatives - Remote with talented individuals for our client in the Edu-Tech Industry who can speak English and work on cold calls.

Status: Full-time, Permanent

Benefits: Working remotely from anywhere, Bonus, etc

IDR 5,000,000 per month (outside the bonus revenue)

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
Reach out to website inquiries from potential students.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their English learning goals and needs.
Schedule online meetings with qualified leads to present our personalized English training packages.
  • Close the sale by converting leads into satisfied customers and assigning them the perfect tutor for their learning journey


  • QUALIFICATIONS


Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a MUST.
2+ years of experience in sales in education or B2C, with a track record of exceeding targets. Used to making 50+ calls per day with a proactive approach with customer acquisition skills.
  • Comfortable and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic startup environment.
Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Fast typing speed and a knack for phone conversations.
Experience with CRM systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage information.
Self-discipline to structure a flexible work schedule (full-time).
  • Empathy, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
Experience working with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Can join immediately.
A strong drive to excel and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
