Sales Representatives (Medan)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to manage and grow our client base, specifically focusing on High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) from the financial services or securities sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling clients engaged in trading activities, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring that revenue and growth targets are consistently met. This position will be handling the Medan area.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Financial, Management or a related field (GPA Min 3.00)
• 3-5 years in sales/relationship management in securities or financial services, handling HNWI clients
• Strong financial product knowledge on any one of the following asset classes: US stocks, crypto, futures (index, commodities)
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading, and related regulations
• Has a client database relevant to the assigned area
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Capable and experienced in handling clients who speak Hokkien / Mandarin
