Responsibilities:
Project Management Aspect
- Define over all project objective and scope
- Work with different vendors to understand each of their scope, deliverables, contracts in detail
- Manage projects and customer expectation, stakeholders for each project engagement,
- Project budget, process, allocation, Documentation and sign off
- Managing multiple different project sprint and deliverables
- Using well known project management tools
- Providing project report, billing milestone, consulting expertise in using tools to manage the project and reporting
- Configures project management tools, plans and executes acceptance testing
- Managing project report both internally and externally, timeline and project deliverables, and communication with customer.
Sales Aspect
- Develop Business & Constantly be in the field, hands-on, understanding customer priorities, doing in-depth discovery of priorities and how Pensieve can add value.
- Account Management & be structured in how you map the account, decision-makers, and be the primary point of contact.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor.
- Develop well-structured and written proposals based on in-depth knowledge of customer priorities
- Present our solution and value proposition to customers and partners
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Monitor and analyze customers usage of our product, proactive engagement even after the sale
- Collaborate with internal functions such as pre-sales, delivery, and product
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, law, or other related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven work experience in a sales hunter role, key accounts, business development, account management, solution selling, and value-based selling principles
- Strong aptitude and ability to learn new things you have not touched before
- Management of 3rd party vendors / solution partners, including relationship management
- Possess strong Customer Centric behaviors with a highly developed Service Culture by going the extra mile to satisfy Customers and Stakeholders, knows how to partner.
