Responsibilities:- Build a good relationship with customers (student/parents/company)
Develop or grow for the good engagement with senior high school, company and community- Sales planning, including execution of actions and the monitoring of results
Strong presentation skills to effectively showcase the value and benefits of the university's graduate programs.
- Negotiation skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and potentially negotiate tuition or financial arrangements with prospective students;-
Ability to analyze data, monitor sales performance, and adjust strategies to drive results- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-up activities, and deadlines effectively. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently is crucial in a fast-paced sales environment.
Minimum education and experience: Senior High School/D1-D4/Bachelor Degree, min. 1-year in marketing related field and willing to travel.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and marketing skills such as analyzing leads, handling rejection and complain, and closing the deal.
- Knowledge of the education industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team- English language, both written and oral.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative or solution-based selling environment.
