Responsibilities

  • Merencanakan strategi-strategi penjualan
  • Memonitoring penjualan, distribusi, stock distributor dan tim sales/supervisor distributor
  • Memonitoring ketersediaan produk di outlet dan memastikan produk terdisplay dengan baik
  • Mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan
  • Memonitoring aktivitas dan pencapaian team

Requirements

  • Pendidikan SMA/SMK/Sederajat
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Sales Supervisor atau Team Leader di industri FMCG
  • Memahami area penempatan
