Responsibilities:
- Strategize for Success: Map out distribution plans, optimize sales visits, and ensure growth in your area.
- Be the Problem-Solver: Train, mentor, and support Sales team while troubleshooting challenges with a hands-on approach.
- Track the Wins: Monitor sales performance and report progress against key goals.
- Master of Relationships: Build long-lasting connections with customers and distributors, keeping them loyal and engaged.
- Stay Ahead of Competitors: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor moves, crafting strategies to stay on top.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any studies.
- Experienced in Sales with at least 2 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in FMCG or retail, you're no stranger to exceeding targets.
- Analytical Mind, data-savvy, using insights to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and team-building skills, with the ability to lead and motivate.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Excel and Microsoft 365, sales management software, and tools to boost performance.
- Problem Solver: thrive under pressure and are always ready to tackle challenges head-on.
- Flexible & Ready to Travel: adaptable and open to traveling for the role.
