Responsible for on-time quotation submission.- To coordinate with suppliers on spares parts, pump, motor offer/purchase.
Call customers to follow up on quotations.
- To coordinate with suppliers to ensure orders are placed timely and deliver within the customer requirement date.
To handle customer shipping instruction, prepare shipping documents, and arranges deliveries as per our customer advice ensuring delivery commitment are met.- To ensure customer service excellence, acknowledge/reply within the same day.
To ensure closing of sales orders within 3 working days from day of delivery.
- Handle feedback/warranty cases with guidance from a direct superior.
Able to handle all spare parts inquiries, orders, and shipments independently.- Doing paper works for indoor support as well.
Ad-hoc work.
