Job Description

Objective

Helping and providing any support needed from other department in order to keep the commercial operations runs without any delaying that may harm the business.

Planning and managing daily operations in our commercial support scopes which include to manage messenger to delivery order within organizations and shuttle car arrangement for guest and company staff also manage the retail storage in Mambal.

Registering and processing business partners booking guest until process the commission as appreciation to the business partner to bring the client to John Hardy.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Support management
Manage the messenger order in WA group to arrange with the messenger to delivery process.
  • Manage Shuttle Car and the driver as needed by the commercial team.
Manage the support request from other department within commercial team for an event and other needs to support the commercial operations in Bali.
  • Responsible to actively in communication with Sales Operations Supervisor for the shipment plan date, status, delivery arrangement of finished goods and update to related parties


  • Inventory and Control Management
Manage inventory and arrangement on retail storage for non jewelry goods in Mambal storage.
  • Allocating non-finished goods order such as but not limited to marketing collaterals, office supplies, etc... and the hand over is completed correctly in timely manner.
Printing tagging jewelry as requested by Sales team.
  • Receiving and distributing the packaging, GWP, marketing collateral


  • Business Reports & Administrative
Checking emails for the guest booking from business partner (driver freelance, travel agency, hotels, etc) to create the calendar booking to the commercial team related.
  • Register driver freelance and/or from business partner to the system related to the database and commission from guest purchased
Weekly collect the data from guest booking from business partner to create commission proposal to the management and distribute the commission transfer to the business partner as approval by business relation team.
  • Organize and apply the sales support team schedule and leave in the Hairisma system
Petty cash FNB including reporting (in the near future)

  • KPI:
Accuracy on guest/driver booking and commission
  • Delivery time & accuracy as requested on messenger order
Supplies order delivery time to other department

  • Professional Requirements
Diploma from any major
  • Computer savvy
Strong in administration and communication
  • 1 years experience in Operations or Administration Operations
Ability to work with a variety of different cultures
  • Ability to think doing fast with accuracy
* Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and detail orientation.
