About the Role:


This role plays a vital role in ensuring smooth client experiences by managing quotes (new & requote) offers, Go-Ahead documentation, in-door sales by following up the offers, and providing administrative support to the Sales team.

Quote Responsibilities:


Review, amend, and verify quotes as requested and send directly to agent.
Following up on the offers that have already been sent until go ahead, cancel, or postpone.

Go-Ahead Responsibilities:
Go-Ahead documentation packages for the Operations team, including the offer letter, final itinerary, original quotes, and any other relevant documents.
Conduct pre-Go-Ahead itinerary screening.
Manage and implement customer amendments for items such as flight details, ad-hoc items, and re-pricing (where applicable).

Offer Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-Go-Ahead itinerary screening.
Generate and send travel offers to clients.
Brief clients on the final itinerary.
Manage rejected offers by initiating the SRQ (Service Request Quote) process and revising offers to meet client needs.

Itinerary Changes:


Manage and implement itinerary changes efficiently.

Sales Team Support:


Provide administrative and documentation support to the Sales team in relation to market situations, destination/competitor analysis, agent profiling, and existing account management.

Additional Duties:


Receive and verify Agent brochures.
Perform other support tasks as assigned by the manager.

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of the Sales team reporting to the Sales Support Supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary role of Sales Support is to provide documentation support for the Sales team to send to the Operations team, mainly in the areas of checking quotes, producing Go-Ahead documentation, itineraries. Full access contact by phone with customers for briefing information and follow-up. Reporting to the sales support supervisor, the jobholder will follow pre-defined standard operating procedures (SOP).

Dealing with people from different countries.
Meeting with Agent if needed.

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE
Full-Time position(s) available.
Diploma or above with 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing, in travel or related industry is an advantage.
Required skill(s): ability to work effectively with the systems and procedures, attentive to detail, strong problem solving skills, possessing a can-do flexible attitude.
Required language(s): Fluent in English, other second language will be an advantage.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.

Flexible in working timing.
Must be result oriented, creative and energetic.
Ability to work independently and be a trouble-shooter.
Service-oriented with very positive working attitude.
Attentive to details and sensitive to figures.
Ability to prioritize work effectively, work independently with minimum supervision.
Organisation skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment.
Highly motivated and a good teamwork player
Knowledge of European destination is an advantage Computer literate with Microsoft Office applications
