Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Support Executive at PT Multibuana Cipta Sejahtera located in Duren Sawit. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the sales team, including data entry, preparing sales reports, coordinating with clients, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales process. The Sales Support Executive will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication with clients.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Previous experience in sales support or customer service is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Able to communication in English
• Max 30 years old
• Fresh Graduate available to apply
