Role Description

This is a contract Sales Team role with a hybrid work arrangement, meaning some work from home is acceptable. The Sales Team will be responsible for identifying potential clients, build and manage relationships with CIAS clients and ensuring customer satisfaction, creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Solid sales execution capability
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Strong business relationship management and client relations skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in a consulting or service-oriented industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
