Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Team Lead for one of our partners in the Pumps & Valves Distribution Service. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing the sales team, providing customer service, communicating with clients, and driving sales. This is an on-site role located in Purwakarta.

Qualifications

• Building relationships with potential customers and existing customers
• Directing and supervising the performance of 4 sales staff
• Creating sales plans and executing them
• Handling issues related to the sales process and customer complaints
• Analyzing market potential and setting sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
