Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales Staff at MAXXS Group International. As a Sales Staff, your day-to-day tasks will include promoting and selling our legal services and hospitality segment to potential clients, maintaining and managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role located in Surabaya.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the legal, hospitality industry or other related industry
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of legal services or willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the legal or immigration industry, hospitality industry or travel agent is a plus
