About the Role
The role will focus to get new SCF anchors and maintain existing anchors to achieve loan disbursement target with measured risk.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve loan growth targets for the SCF business within P2P lending.
- Identify and secure new anchor institutions to provide reliable leads.
- Manage existing anchor relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and continued participation.
- Work closely with credit, risk, product, and operations teams to streamline overall process and implement enhancement to the SCF offering.
- Analyze SCF product and operation processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, staying informed of industry developments related to SCF and P2P lending.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate SCF business performance and future growth plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry (P2P and SME / Commercial Banking).
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of SCF products in SME banking with related best practices in P2P lending.
- Excellent knowledge of other related SME / Commercial Banking products.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mind with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
