Role Description
This is a full-time job for a School Operational Manager. The School Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient school management processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in school operations, staff management, and scheduling
- Knowledge of educational operation processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
Responsibility
- Design, Manage and supervise the daily operations of School.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the educational process.
- Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
- Coordinate and develop training programs for teaching staff and education personnel.
- Establish good communication with parents, teachers, and other related parties.
- Make periodic reports.
