- Initiate Deep analysis involving management & operational team of issues/bottlenecks affecting inefficiency operations and end-to-end supply chain business process and initiate business process optimization of demand management & logistic management to gain incremental efficiency & cost reduction.
- Initiate & Develop Supply chain optimization and/or innovation through a tech-based experience such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) machine learning, OLAP, Dashboard/Data Visualization, or other headquarter initiatives.
- Initiate & Develop Supply chain optimization and/or innovation through rule/policy-based activities such as |OD/Sales advancing, Direct Delivery, Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR), or other headquarter initiatives.
- Data management activities by collect, clean, analyze and summaries large data sets to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / IT & or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a related field.
- English is a must (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in RPA (UIPath, PowerAutomate), Al Machine Learning & R is a big plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in analysis & reporting.
- Able to work under pressure, less supervision, agile & tight deadline.
