Join us as a Scope Development and Optimization Manager for the Electrification Business Area where you will be performing active business development in line with the respective division strategy in countries where infrastructure as well as business situation needs to have more attention and focus.

Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager ELDS &CD-EL and this position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting, developing, and executing the strategies and business plans on focus segments/channel/applications for identified markets in collaboration with the local sales and marketing teams, in line with the overall division strategy to achieve defined targets.
  • Supporting local organizations in customer events promoting division solution capabilities.
  • Supporting growth of the top line in each market and find and creates new business opportunities.
  • Guiding and supporting local product marketing and sales teams to scope the right projects to pursue within our local capabilities and optimizing solution based on our product strengths and advantages.
  • Understanding segment / channel / customer needs in the market
  • Developing and implementing product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with Solution Execution Centers (SEC)
  • Implementing division standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution and sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization


  • Your background

    • Bachelor's degree with min. 5-8 years experience as Business Development
    • Knowledge of ELDS products and bundling/packaging capabilities
    • Ability to scope and optimize solution based on customer requirements is a must
