Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary Japanese Speaker at our client which engaged in Manufacturing company in South Cikarang. The Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Responsible for managing BoD's needs and activities
- Translate documents from Japanese to Indonesian or Indonesian to Japanese.
- Translator/interpreter during meetings (general interpreter, interpreter Office )
- Understand the procedure for submitting and requiring foreign workers (Kitas, Visa, etc.)
- Understand business trip procedures
- Carry out and translate the minutes of periodic meetings of the Board of Director
- Arrange the daily/weekly/monthly agenda or meetings & appointments schedules and day-to-day operations of BoD
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Literature
- Holds JLPT N2 or JLPT N3 (but fluency communication in Japanese
- Have at least 1-3 year of experience as an interpreter in a manufacturing company or Secretary to BOD or Administrative Assistant
- Good communication skill in Japanese, English both Oral and Written
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills
- Willing to work in Kawasan Ejip Industrial Park, Kab Bekasi
