Job Description
Responsibilities
Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Assisting executive on choosing/preparing suitable support facilities for occasions or events
Prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Requirements
Less than 1 years experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
Minimum Bachelor in business administration or relative field
Proficient in MS Office and other back-office software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication (proeficient in using english)
