Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Bank Director.
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and reviews.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Liaise with senior management, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
