Senior Account Executive (IT System Integrator)

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Seek and identify new sales opportunities in the non-banking enterprise market for security products, including Firewalls, Routers, and SD-WAN.

2. Assess client needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.

3. Identify unique customer needs and propose suitable solutions to meet them.

4. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.

5. Collaborate with internal teams such as solution consultants and delivery teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

6. Identify and pursue new clients and sales opportunities through engagement with principals, distributors, and internal networks.

7. Achieve sales targets through increased sales and cross-sales.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and principals, including handling complaints and resolving issues quickly.

9. Stay updated on new products, pricing, and industry trends to communicate effectively with clients.

10. Manage administrative tasks such as monitoring tender documents and facilitating bid requirements.

11. Follow industry developments and understand market trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a salesperson in IT solutions/ISP/SI companies with a proven track record of achievements.
  2. Proficiency in leveraging networks and customer databases to generate leads and maintain client relationships.
  3. Strong approach to providing solutions with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, up to C-level interactions.
  4. Good understanding of Network & Cyber Security Solutions and Products, such as Antivirus, SDWAN, NGFW.
  5. Familiarity with IT consultant business processes and consultative sales techniques.
  6. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  7. Extensive networking in non-banking sectors such as enterprise, healthcare, hospitality, and university.
