Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager at Jatis Group in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience managing large account portfolios.
• Have proven and successful experience in high-value client acquisition
• Education Backgroud: Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Office suite software (Ms. Office, Google Workspace) and CRM software.
• Communicative, energetic, fast learner and have a result-driven attitude.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
