Job Description
Supervise reconciliation for all AR & AP transactions (PG, 3PL, customers/vendors, etc) in the accounting system
Assist monthly closing process : prepare AR & AP aging, prepare inventory movement report, other BS accounts
Assist FAT department effort to automate manual bookkeepings and reconciliation
Assist in preparing internal management and external audit data requests]
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university
+ 3 years of working experience in a high-growth organization or a start-up company (preferably e-commerce industry)
Proficiency in MS Excel and GSheets
Proficiency in in accounting software/ERP (preferably Oracle NetSuite)
In-depth knowledge of accounting system automation
High attention to details and accuracy
Self-driven, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willing to be full WFO in Bandung
