In depth market Study, including analysis and recommendation on real estate market and general industry / economics trend (including provision of monthly market report)
Development of financial feasibility study for prospective projects.
Work with architect / design planning team in relation to product development
Work with legal team in relation to commercial terms of transaction documents
Requirements
Bachelor degree from Finance, Architect, Marketing, Business Administration or any related
3-5 years of working experience in the Business Development/ market study/ corporate finance or related fields
Having experience working in property consultant / developer is preferred
Ability to do market research in property sector
in - depth knowledge on financial modeling & Corporate financial skills
Good understanding of real estate market, business expansion, and corporate action
good analytical & problem solving skills
Hard worker, fast learner, process
proficient in Ms. Office, Financial Reporting/ Modelling and good communication skill in English (both oral & writing)
