Have experience designed luxury hotel and villa (architecture and interior)
- Coordinate and communicate well with related departments/parties (internal and external)
Must have 8 years experience
- Able to communicate in English
Can do 3D rendering Complete construction drawings
- Knowledgeable in obtaining IMB and making application to build
Can create a full BQ- Has a very detailed log for entire construction process
Able to direct and working with contractors (contracts and payment)
- Hold progress meetings and create timelines or use a project management system
