Make (detail engineering design) DED drawing
Make 3D (able with rendering added value)
Have experience designed luxury hotel and villa (architecture and interior)
Coordinate and communicate well with related departments/parties (internal and external)
Must have min 8 years experience
Able to communicate in English
Can do 3D rendering
Subdivision layout
Complete construction drawings
Knowledgeable in obtaining IMB and making application to build
Can create a full BQ
Has a very detailed log for entire construction process
Able to direct and working with contractors (contracts and payment)
Hold progress meetings and create timelines or use a project management system
