to consult client projects and integrate our wellness solutions into both residential and commercial properties.
Extensive experience as a senior architect.- Proficient in managing projects, deadlines, and leading a team of juniors and drafters.
Proficient in reviewing proposals and providing feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail and task prioritization.
Engineering or MEP background is a plus.- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of junior architects and drafters.
- Allocate tasks and manage deadlines for timely proposal delivery.
Review and critique client proposals to ensure compliance with requirements.- Collaborate with engineering and MEP teams to align designs with client needs.
Resolve design or technical issues to maintain project quality.
- Conduct onsite and online project consultations.
Develop and implement architectural standards and procedures.- Provide performance feedback to team members and management.
