Responsibilities:
Channel Expansion:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the adoption and usage of 3rd party digital wallets and national QR code payment systems.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for channel expansion in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor channel strategies accordingly.
Partnership Development:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party wallet providers and national QR code system operators.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to secure beneficial partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Work closely with partners to co-create and implement initiatives that drive channel growth.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the partnership team to design and execute campaigns that promote the use of 3rd party wallets and QR code payments.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement channel expansion initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment operations, campaign management, or a related role within the e-commerce or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully increasing channel penetration and adoption.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Knowledge of payment processing, banking regulations, and e-commerce industry trends.
