Responsibility
Become the Project Management Officer (PMO) of special projects in SBU Evermos (e.g. supporting BAU initiatives and/or non-BAU Initiatives)
Work collaboratively to understand the customer/reseller's problem statements and align with the company's objectives/target
Structure the problem statements, analyze data, take action to solve them, and achieve the target
Develop or improve the business model & process that delivers added value to customers
Create and deliver go-to-market plan
Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to better serve the projects
Job Requirements
Bachelor or advanced graduate degree; majoring in business, finance, or other quantitative program would be an advantage
Min. 2-3 years of work experience as a business analyst, project manager, consultant, or other similar roles
Experienced in doing commercial strategy, market research, financial analysis, and project management
Able to communicate effectively, both in verbal & writing
Comfortable with ambiguous and ever-changing situations
Able to work from the office (WFO) based in Jakarta, with occasional travel to Bandung and/or the field when needed
